Concrete scanning uses Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) technology. A GPR unit sends high-frequency radio waves into the concrete. When these waves encounter objects or changes in density, they bounce back to the unit. The scanner then interprets these returning waves to create a real-time image of what’s inside the concrete.
